A second edition in both English and Dutch is still under consideration. The price for a book is EUR 34.95, excluding shipping costs. If you intend to order the Dutch book, we have to mention that the pre-order price of EUR 24,95 is/ was only valid until December 6th, the date the book will reach/ has reached the bookstores. Dutch law enforces us to sell at the normal shop price of EUR 34,95 after that date. At this price however we will ship the book to your home address for free.
